  Terrible! We just buried my mother and Renner-Wikoff wouldn't give me the time of day or allow any input from me since my brother was the executor of the estate and signed the contract to pay the bill (which comes out of the estate not his pocket). Even though (when I complained about how I was treated) the owner told me they listened to every family member not just the bill payer that was NOT the case. I was flat out told they didn't need to listen to me because I had not signed the contract - not once was I asked for input into the service or arrangements. I had no role as the daughter and it didn't have to be that way.
  
  So, if you have family members that cannot cooperate do not use Renner-Wikoff because they are unwilling to negotiate for compromise. My opinion is they are in it for the money and will not rock the boat - at your expense (no pun intended).
